Refund Policy
14 days, no reason needed. Last updated 2026.
The short version
If a license turns out not to suit you, ask within 14 days of buying it and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why.
How to ask
Email support@shotwork.tools with the order number from your Paddle receipt. Paddle handles the payment, so the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within a few working days once it is approved.
One thing to know
A refund cannot switch off a license key that has already been sent to you. ShotWork checks keys on your own machine and never contacts a server, which is what lets it work offline, and the same design means a key cannot be withdrawn afterwards.
So this runs on trust in both directions. Asking for a refund means you stop using the paid features. We would rather say that plainly than pretend to a control we do not have.
Before you buy
You should not need this policy. The free version is the same program, with no time limit and no account, so you can mark shots, cut a reel and export it before spending anything. Try it first and you will know whether the license is worth it to you.
Your legal rights
Nothing here affects rights you have under consumer law where you live. In some countries, including across the EU and the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, and that right stands regardless of what this page says.
